Shipping Policy

Processing Time: 

For the products in stock, our warehouse will arrange shipment within 1 business day.

For the orders confirmed and paid before 11:30 am (Sydney Time), the shipment will be arranged at the same day, or arranged at the next day.

 

Ship to Australia :

We offer the local freight service to the Australia nation-wide. For the most metro areas the shipping cost will be automatically added and it will be included in the total price at the check out.

If you are from remote areas or the countries sides, after the order is reviewed and confirmed, one of our sales team will contact you if there is any extra freight cost may occurs.

 

Shipping Period in Australia :

Normally orders will be shipped using Toll/ TNT for the local delivery.

VIC : 1-2 Business days

NSW(ACT)/SA : 2-3 Business days

TAS : 3-5 Business days

QLD: 3-6 Business days

WA: 5-8 Business days

NT: 6-9 Business days

New-Zealand : Depending on the airfreight or the Sea shipping.
